How many tickets do I need to buy to be considered a group?
Parties of 10 or more are considered groups. That's just five couples!
Can my group sit together?
We make every effort to seat all members of your group together. In general, the farther in advance your reserve, the more likely we will be able to accommodate all seating requests.
Can I have a reception for my group at The Rep?
There is limited food and beverage service available one hour prior to every performance. Special arrangements can be made in advance so that meeting in the lobby works for your group. However, we do not have a private space in the lobby available. There are many wonderful restaurants very close to the theatre that can easily accommodate private parties.
How will I know if certain shows are right for my group?
The Rep is so happy to bring a great variety of theatrical experiences into St. Louis. We understand that groups have different tastes and interests, and we want to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. We are more than happy to discuss the shows and make recommendations. Play guides are also available on our website.
When can I make my reservation?

Is a deposit required?
We require a 10% deposit upon booking. It is non-refundable, because once you reserve, we begin turning potential buyers away from your seats. The deposit is payable by check, Mastercard, Visa or American Express.
When is the final payment due?
The balance of your order is due 2 weeks prior to your performance.
Do I get my tickets in the mail or pick them up at the box office?
Usually we mail the tickets, but it is up to you. If you prefer to pick them up, we can certainly accommodate that request with no problems.
Do I get a seating chart?
Absolutely. We will send you a seating chart with your tickets showing you exactly where you are in the theatre.
Can I change my order after I reserve it?
Yes! We are flexible. Group orders can be changed until the time of final payment.
Do you have bus parking?
With your tickets, we will send detailed bus maps and instructions for drop off, parking, and pick up procedures.
Is there a discount?
Our group pricing is highly competitive, and you will always get the best price available. We do have discounts for many performances and sections. The earlier you reserve, the better your chances of getting the biggest discount—so call today!
Can I buy the entire house for my company’s event?
We have a few holiday performances that do not have subscribers in the house. Act fast—they are only available for purchase until July 30, 2009. If you have another performance in mind, call early to discuss details. Special Performances can be added in certain cases, but we need a lot of advance notice as they require much planning as well as contract adjustments with the cast and crew.
