Post-Performance Discussions

Free post-performance discussions are held after each Mainstage Wednesday matinee and after selected Thursday evening performances.

Stick around after the applause as members of The Rep's staff and cast members meet with the audience immediately following a performance for a half-hour question and answer period.

The discussions often explore play content, characterization and technical values, as well as actor motivation and training.

Mainstage Schedule

Amadeus
A free, half-hour Post-Performance Discussion with the cast and staff will follow the matinee performances on September 16 and September 30, and the evening performances on September 17 and September 24.

Sleuth
A free, half-hour Post-Performance Discussion with the cast and staff will follow the matinee performances on October 21 and November 4, and the evening performances on October 22 and October 29.

A Christmas Story
A free, half-hour Post-Performance Discussion with the cast and staff will follow the matinee performances on December 9 and December 23, and the evening performances on December 10 and December 17.

The 39 Steps
A free, half-hour Post-Performance Discussion with the cast and staff will follow the matinee performances on January 13 and January 27, and the evening performances on January 14 and January 21.

The Diary of Anne Frank
A free, half-hour Post-Performance Discussion with the cast and staff will follow the matinee performances on February 17 and March 3, and the evening performances on February 18 and February 25.

The Fantasticks
A free, half-hour Post-Performance Discussion with the cast and staff will follow the matinee performances on March 24 and April 7, and the evening performances on March 25 and April 1.
