The Story
Questions of ethnicity, poverty, racism and power unfold as two psychiatrists consider the release of an enigmatic patient from a London mental hospital. What begins as a debate over one man becomes a full-scale battle of minds and wills, an intense struggle between protecting society and preserving an individual’s rights. Winner of the Olivier and Evening Standard Awards for Best New Play.
