The Story
Set in a mill town in Appalachia in the 1920’s and filled with the sound of mountain folk music, this play explores how a family dynasty can control a town and how they get their come-uppance. This taut, emotional piece is brought to life by the vivid characters of the rich and poor families alike and by the music that tells their stories.
