1990-1991 Studio Season
The Story
Red Clay Rambler Tommy Thompson transports us back to the turn-of-the-century world of blackface minstrels. As John Proffit plays his banjo, he reveals the ethical choices which caused him to forsake a life on the stage and proves to be a masterful storyteller and humorist as well.
